The care of the hat is the customer’s responsibility, and Humble Hats does not guarantee the preservation of color or fabric quality.

Sizes listed for hats are for reference only and may not adhere to standard sizing. We recommend that you try on hats to ensure they fit properly before purchasing. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for size discrepancies.

Hats may feature loose stitches, embellishments like beads, mirrors, or decorative elements. Please check these features before purchasing. Once again, no exchanges or returns will be allowed for these concerns.

- Hygiene Concerns**: You wouldn’t want to wear a hat someone else has tried on, even if it’s just once.
- We Don’t Want to Sell You a Used Hat: Our hats are new and intended for your enjoyment, without being previously worn.
- Manufacturing & Shipping Constraints**: Our hats are handcrafted and sourced from various artisans, often made locally in different regions. Returning items to manufacturers would incur high management and shipping costs. In order to keep prices reasonable for all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Additional Costs: To manage returns or exchanges, we’d have to add at least 30% in additional costs, which would ultimately be passed on to you, the customer. Instead, we ask that you ensure you're happy with your purchase before completing the transaction.
